The workshop was organised as part of the EU funded Erasmus+ “Curriculum Development for Sustainable Seafood and Nutrtion Security (KA2 Capacity Building in the Field of Higher Education). The project is coordinated by the Asian Institute of Technology (Thailand) with other partners including Maejo University (Indonesia), Khon Kaen University (Thailand), Universitas Gadjah (Indonesia), University of Stirling (UK), Norwegian University of Science and Technology (Noway), Eurotraining (Greece), University of Thessaly (Greece), Jakarta Fisheries University (Indonesia), Can Tho University (Vietnam), Research Institute for Aquaculture No. 1 (Vietnam), and Nong Lam University (Vietnam).
