Dave Little spoke as part of an expert panel at this FAO Symposium where he emphasized the nexus between fish production systems and the wide range of consumers nutrition availability and sensitivity for human health. Fish is now being eaten by many however micronutrient deficiencies still exist. He added rapid urbanisation globally is seeking what the consumer wants and increasingly with the demands that their fish and food in general are produced in a sustainable way .
