Members of The Sustainable Aquaculture Network at Stirling are playing a leading role in the organisation of “Seafood Matters UK” - a two-day conference (23-24th June 2022) designed to bring together a wide range of people interested in the UK diet and food system, including institutional seafood buyers, schools, hospitals, community food groups, hospitality, convenience food outlets, retailers, food policy makers and food system researchers. The event is funded under the ARCH-UK initiative and held at the University of Stirling.
