December 2018: William Leschen and Martin Haines carried out an initial scoping study visit to Zambia as part of a Norwegian/WorldFish Center WFC funded project to develop new curricula for two aquaculture vocational colleges NRDC and Kasaka in Zambia. Commercial aquaculture is now beginning to develop and scale up across Zambia, with the need now for fit for purpose diploma and certificate based practical training for young and older people across the value chain for the new industry.
