Steph Horn is a postdoctoral researcher at the Institute of Aquaculture in the University of Stirling where she is evaluating the sustainability and nutritional significance of European and Asian aquaculture production. Steph is involved with several research projects where she provides expertise in nutritional life cycle assessments, value chain analysis and food systems thinking.
Steph received her MSc and PhD in Sustainable Aquaculture from the University of Stirling during which she spent time in Bangladesh carrying out performance assessments of various aquaculture and integrated agriculture-aquaculture systems.
