Tori Spence-McConnell, Senior Aquaculture Scientist at Monterey Bay Aquarium, visited the Institute of Aquaculture to give a seminar on the Aquarium's 'Seafood Watch' programme to help consumers and businesses make choices for a healthy ocean. Tori also attended the Institute's Careers Day, giving our undergraduate and postgraduate students an insight into working in the sustainable aquaculture industry.

It was an honour to have Tori visiting, and thank her for travelling 'across the pond' to talk to our staff and students!
