AQUAEXCEL Consortium Meet in Crete

Participants in the AQUAEXCEL2020 Consortium Meeting

AQUAEXCEL2020 is an EU Horizon 2020 project which supports transnational access and research coordination between the leading European aquaculture research infrastructures. The second annual meeting was held in Crete from 11th to 14th October 2016 to review progress over the first year and work on plans and arrangements for future activities. John Bostock is leader of workpackage 1 which coordinates Transnational Access Projects (TNA) where reseachers from any type of organisation can access research installations in any of the AQUAEXCEL2020 partner organisations (which is in a different country and has facilities not available in their own country) for up to three months to conduct and collaborate on high quality research. The Institute of Aquaculture is one of the partner infrastructures, so is also able to host short visits. Visit the AQUAEXCEL2020 website for further information.
